Easy going is something i suggest to whom this entry might concern. People still in the sustain mode and tries couping to get up while the environment give slight chance of improvement. What ‘they’ really must do to over come the issue. I don’t want people to say about how cruel myself would be with all the statement to come.
Most people might said that if we need larger profit we must cut cost for unnecessary actions. Reduce everything that might interrupt such stunning analytical profits scale. Hey come on - is that how do business really all about, cut cost kind of profits?
Many approach taken into executions and study have been make where most of ‘the’ human resource department have emphasize action of down sizing 1-2 aspect in company production and re-productions. All that we knows, their approach have never been nice. Such cruelty!!
Most takes cut cost actions for profits is related to worker’s salary. Please remember, almost every companies that exist now day’s implements this action. What the hack they’ve thinking?
Many would say that if give them many facilities by narrowing salaries employee might satisfied with the situations. Come on - use ‘your’ mind harder. Think, think and think!!
I really hope this options would be abandon far away from any employer business mind. In fact you can think of many ideas to generate profits if they knew ‘you’ will ensure their future by giving better salaries and work assurance.
People are willing to do anything in process of rising up personal finance capitals for better future. People need a rise up in pay cheque for better spending and enthusiasm working aspects. Have you ever realize that most employee have part-time job which sometimes can outstanding from their earning.
Thats not to mention about term of getting the amount of pay cheque.
That if we talk about employee that might have thought of solutions for staying. How about they who thinking of finding other job with much more promising gain. In that case you better thought of losing your asset to rival or you might as well caught up into resurrections of newly made up enemies. Hope that would never happen.

Back to them thinking of finding jobs in other company for better pay cheque. Have you ever wonder how on earth to rise up five children in current country economic situations? Make that while having such minimum salaries under RM1,000.00!!
Well assure to acknowledge that amount will never even enough for food, what else to said more into life satisfactions. What will you do if you into their ’shoe’ Which educations level must take into calculations. (tries to ask salary more than 1k if you have the minimum local education certificate).
What are the difference if all the company make assure their worker level of income get into stable state and enthusiasm graft rise up into account of outcome productions and reproductions. At the end ‘you’ as an employer will taste the sweetness not event profits but also respects and support from behind (employee).
I should just end this topic here, if i like i might want to make reach into government level of opinion on what they must do for us as local citizens, but hey what most matter is let ‘the’ employer realize thing from the first place so that later in the future they can accept what government might as well do in advance of this ‘MINIMUM PAY CHEQUE’.
